U2medtek, Lab Genomics, and GenoCore BS Forge Strategic Partnership for Advancing Digital Healthcare Solutions

U2medtek, Lab Genomics, and GenoCore BS have signed an agreement to explore new business models and share technologies in the digital healthcare field

U2medtek, a spin-off company from UNIST (Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology), has partnered with Lab Genomics, a leading company in gene analysis, and GenoCore BS, an AI-based gene analysis company, to develop business models in digital healthcare. The companies announced their collaboration to establish new business models and share technologies in the digital healthcare sector on June 30. U2medtek, a bio-venture company, is currently developing diagnostic devices for sinusitis using near-infrared (NIR) technology.

Through this agreement, the three companies will develop a digital healthcare business platform based on Lab Genomics' gene analysis technology and U2medtek's technology for predicting the risk of disease onset, in collaboration with GenoCore BS.

Kim Yang-Seok, CEO of U2medtek, stated, “This agreement allows us to validate U2medtek’s technology for predicting the risk of disease occurrence. We plan to expand into new business areas and strive to become a model company in the healthcare ecosystem."
